This is gonna sound weird but it was a song from the early 80's called Cry by Godley and Creme. It had all these morphing faces, back when the technology was kinda new. I remember they also played the song in an episode of Miami Vice. As for Twisted Sister, any of their later videos, especially Leader of the Pack is pretty cool.
