Parts of Bergen County are. We've got some of the wealthiest towns in the country, but there's also some trailer parks and ghetto areas. I can't imagine anyone would describe Moonachie or Garfield as "ritzy"

There are two trailer parks in Moonachie, right behind the airport. There's also at least one up in Northvale.
