definitely wish you were here
The Wall
^^
garbage
The only album that I still enjoy is "Wish You Were Here." Otherwise I've heard it some many times that I want to go insane.
The Wall and Pink Floyd in general is way over played but I still think it's their best work
this thread needs a review by froy and how he just discovered this band called pink floyd.
they don't call him floydswat for nothin
by the by, listening to dark side while watching wizard of oz...BULLSHIT! what a waste that was.
you ever catch froy on AIM anymore? he would make for a great uncensored interview.
he blocked me Confusedad face:
Anything after The Wall, sucks!
I heard The Wall in it's entirity for the first time back in October and I will say I enjoyed it. I haven't heard any of their other stuff but I liked The Wall.

A friend of mine made a comparison of Pink Floyd to bands like Tool or Deftones today. In that they have a very unique sound and a large following of people from many different walks. The music by these bands are also very moody and the albums are all very well thought out and laid out with the tracks all reflecting and enhancing each other.
Not a big fan of the wall, a few songs are great.

but overall I gotta go with "wish you were here" as their best work, though I didnt like it the first time I heard it but I couldn't stop listening to it after a while.

Darkside of the moon is a close runner up.
Also, anything after A Hard Day's Night, sucks!
