I've been playing the role of boss all week as first he was in Vegas and now he left early to go hunting for the weekend. If I don't bash a customer or coworker's head in by the end of the day, it'll be a miracle.

Also, I'm starving and my fries are all squishy.
do you make your own blueberry coffee?
It amazes me how careless people are when buying a home, as well as how cheap they are. I blame it all on the emergence of the no money down loans and mortgage brokers sticking people into homes, knowing full well they can not afford them.

But for example, you are making what is probably the largest monetary investment a person will make, why cut corners? Spend the 500 bucks on an attorney, spend 300 bucks for an inspection of the home, what the fuck. How do you go into a contract for a 500,000 dollar home and not have an attorney review the contracts you are signing? I just love the whole "do it yourself" attitude some people have, they think cause they watch judge judy that they are fuckin lawyers.

the thought that someone of danked's brilliance is forced to eat squishy fries fills me with a rage directed at the unfairness and injustice of life itself!

::brandishes fist at the heavens::

I have seen it in passing but haven't been tempted, so are you endorsing this product?

aint that the truth. my cheapo buddy got some half assed lawyer who didnt realize the guy who he bought his apt from had taken out a loan and rolled the balance of it on to the price of the apt to pay for a shared maintenance cost of improvements to the building that it is in (new roof, renovations in the shared entranceway and lobby, etc...)

he never disclosed that this was actually going towards that loan and now he's trying to chase this guy down with another lawyer.

I've had it twice and both times I enjoyed it. I'd recommend it, I'm not sure I'd endorse it like I endorse Blueberry Creme, however. In time, assuming it holds up, I probably will.
just make sure hedcold doesnt endorse it.

That sounds like the fault of the title company as well as his attorney.
thats why i said he had a shitty attorney
I bet his attorney is a whiney cunt who needs to be consistently coddled. He also probably pisses in the sink and wants to fuck his mother.
