The whole gag order bit was one of the best things to ever happen to them, they milked it for all it was worth.
When it comes down to actually delivering, they have no spine, unless its one of their hangers on. They pull the "we're gonna be the bigger people here and not even give him the satisfaction of harping on it, it'd be boring"...boring is bitching about your studio equipment for 2 hours a day.
They talked about it on Tuesdays show. First one back from vacation. It was one of the first things they did on the show. I was surprised that they didn't play the audio and opie was pissed that stern said something about his dad. Which i don't remember hearing during the stern-dice interview. They also said that they would talk about it more during the week but i dont think they did.
