i love it, ive had it for nearly six months now and it has yet to crash. best computer i've ever had. plus i run parallels, which allows you to run win xp in a window or full screen within OSX so if i really need to use XP, i've got it at my fingertips.

only one issue i had was the power cord frayed and melted on the end that attaches to the laptop, but they replaced it at tekserve for no charge and replaced it on the spot.

i highly recommend buying it at tekserve. if you do, let me know so i can get a referral.
if there was a tekserve on the island, i would most definately hook you up with the referral but there doesn't seem to be one.

i 'm probably going to go to the macstore at the mall by me. i don't know if i should go today or wait a few days and hope they go on sale after christmas.

did you get the mac book pro or the just the regular macbook?

i was going to go with the regular macbook with 2 gigs of ram and the 80 gig hd. should be more than enough for my needs.
i got the pro
picked mine up this morning. they didn't have any with 2 gigs of memory in stock, so i went with the 1 gig of ram and 80 gig hd. i also picked up a nano, i am now one hip cat.

this is the first site i went to, is there a way to maximize the browser to the whole screen? i'm only able to get it about half screen.
hit the green button on the top right, if it doesnt fill the screen drag the window bigger by grabbing the bottom right corner, you can also autohide the dock and move it to any side of the screen
awesome, thank you. it's gonna me a couple of days to get used to the min/max buttons being on the left side.
in the dashboard, how i do i change the weather from cupertino to a city closer to me?
click the i button
