Springsteen for Senate

I'm sure Froy creamed his pants when he heard about this.

Question is, is it ever a good thing when famous people try to enter politics?

Was Sonny really a good senator? Is Ventura really a good govenor? What about the guy who played Garibaldi running for office in california?

Are there any famous people you'd like to vote for?
Steve Largent is a good representative. Jack Kemp made a decent politicial too...

Lest we forget Ronnie Regan, I know Ronnie has.
The problem with celebrities running for office is that voters get blinded by their fame and forget to pay attention to the issues. I'm sure there are some celebrities who would do a good job, but then again what do they really know about the average citizen?
The only celebrities who run for office that aren't complete jokes are conservatives. Everyone else is just a moron (though Bill Bradley is the exception).

You watch most of these people debate, and it's obvious that they have no fucking idea how life actually works.
