OK, these guys sound like Rush. Was Geddy Lee singing on this album? At first I thought it was a chick singing. But no.
If you don't like Rush, don't buy this album.
I like Rush, so I kind of dug it.
this is from the bio on their website, its pretty acurate:
lead singer Claudio Sanchez is a man with a voice that makes Robert Plant and Geddy Lee mad for ever trying. Matter of fact, his range is so high it puts a Vienna choir boy to immediate shame.
they still rule though, Everything Evil and Neverender are amazing songs.
Oh, and i also thought it was a chick singing, until i saw them live and saw the large white man with an afro LOL

actually i don't like rush all that much either. other than the high pitched singer, i really don't see all that much similarity. meh, whatever.
