All i have to say is WOW. Everyone knows that he cant possibly win, but it shows that "anything can happen" in the WWF. Im looking for the Taker to come down and just destroy Maven for 10 minutes. One thing is for sure, it will bring ratings, based on the fact that the casual fan who watched tough enough will tune in to watch this match.
Maven To Get WWF Title Shot On RAW

The WWF has announced that Maven will face Chris Jericho this Monday on RAW for the WWF Undisputed Title. Also confirmed for RAW, Kane takes on The Big Show and Kurt Angle faces Steve Austin for #1 Contender status. The WWF is also promising the next step in the entire NWO storyline.
Am I the only one who sees sucks written all over this match? RAW is going to be good none the less though. We get to see Vince's plan bare fruit even though Hall and Nash will not be there live, it may just be a taped promo at this point.
Why would he fight on Raw? He shouldn't be getting any title shots, let alone the most important title they have. I refuse to watch this pathetic excuse for a wrestling match.
oh yeah, that match is going to soooo suck no matter who runs in at this point. It is just bad fuckin booking!
how fucking wrong was it for him to get his beaten by Jerkicho (which you saw coming a mile away) and then get his neck slammed into a chair by the big ugly monster. Looks like poor ol' maven has a stalker now.
At one point, it looked like maven forgot how to pull a punch and really slammed Jerkicho after which , Mr. Ego gave it right back at him. LMAO - Welcome to the WWF.
I have to say, Maven put in a good performance, and showed that he can sell very well. Hopefully in the minors he can develop an offense besides the dropkick from hell. I have a feeling we will see Maven again at No Way Out, costing the Undertaker the win against The Rock. This whole Maven vs Undertaker thing could develop into a good feud in a year or two.
Maven will be pushed as since it coincedes with Tough Enough 2...which prob has to do with the deal with Viacom. I think it's kind of sad that Maven gets airtime while guys like Val Venus, Mr. Perfect, Godfather are barely used.

ok, i can agree with val venus and mr. perfect but godfather? he really sucks, especially now that he has "gone legit" ugh.

As for maven getting air time, it's a business. They need to sell Tough Enough 2 so they'll milk him for every bit of airtime they can get.
