I actually saw a deer in North Hudson Park once. I thought I was losing my mind, but I have 2 witnesses who also saw it. It was freaky.

I believe Ladi is riht, that is the "scarecrow" owl, they use them all over the place to keep pigeons, gulls and some rodents away

it's ok keyser, this one time i was drunk on a roof and it wasn't til i crept up real close that i realized the owl was plastic...
i was all excited when i saw it, seem like such a rare occurrance. alkey was impressed.
