Reading comprehension is something you really need to look into.
Arpi sucks at the reading comprehension and knowing who was quoting whom and remember that what was quoted wasn't something that he ever wrote, so the aforementioned person could not have been speaking to him, thus his nasty response was uncalled for and ripe to be mocked.
