In theatres

I originally had tickets for the Thursday show and the Friday show, but then they decided to show it on Wednesday too (they dedicated almost all their screens to it, and all were sold out) so I saw it then, and since I couldn't get my money back for the other tickets I went to see it again and again
when he saves her life, corny. fight scenes too long. when he fights the smith army in the playground, why doesnt he fly away at the beginning? stupid.

otherwise, very cool!
I thought the first one was superior to Reloaded. The first one had the best balance of action and storytelling. This one often goes into pseudo-philosophical bullshit for a minute then goes into action mode.

Spoilers Ahead

What I did like were the little things that added to the story. Like for example, when they meet up with merovingian. The merovingians were a middle ages royal french family that were the ones in power but didnt have the name of king but they eventually decided that they wanted for themselves. It ties in nicely with the fact that merovingian wanted more power. His wife Persephone was imprisoned by him just like in the Greek myth

Also there were a lot of biblical references such as the Architect being God and the first Matrix being the Garden of Eden but humans rejected.

Another thing were the use of 101. 101 is five in machine language. As in the five ones before Neo. And another thing is there are six iterations of One. With Neo, presumably being the last iteration of the One. <!--txtEnd--><!-- spoilerKillit --></td></tr></table><!-- spoilerKillitEnd -->

Oh and one last thing. Not only did Roy Jones Jr. play a part in the movie I caught a glimpse of Cornel West too.

Because he is vain and wants to fight...Remember, he's spent 6 months making everything they've thrown at him his bitch.

Uhm, unless you saw a different trailer the oracle doesn't say that at all. Neo says it to Mr. Smith before the two of them fight in the rain surrounded by hundreds of other Smiths.

I've seen it more than that because the trailer was leaked before Reloaded came out

I don't even remember seeing the Oracle in the trailer

wasn't her voice in it? i remember a womens voice, was it trinity?
Not as good as the orginal. Great effects of course. Good fight scenes. The car chase scene was breathtaking too watch. When Neo was fighting the 99 agents why didnt he just fly off like superman then? I didnt get the ending either. Who was the guy on the table next to Neo?

Where can I get the trailor for the next movie?

What made the first film so special was that it was new and fresh. This one, if it were released first, would have been superior in most people minds because this one actually was packed with way more cool effects. The problem is, you can't go back and make it new again. Even still, the movie rocked and I can't wait to see the next one. I need to see it again just to figure out everything Colonel Sanders was talking about.
He gives major hints about the next movie.

Acctually that whole scene hints at a major twist next time around that if true is pretty fucking awesome.

If you want to see the trailer I'd just wait until you see the movie again, it's breathtaking on the big screen, but if you can't wait you can download it here

Revolutions trailer
Also if you really want to see the entire story and not just from Neo's point of view I highly suggest getting the video game. Not only does it kick ass but it shows you everything from the perspective of either Ghost or Niobe, they shot a ton of extra footage that you will only see in the game.

Plus there is more Roy Jones Jr. goodness
Is it a PS2 game?

They ran the trailor for Revolutions after the credits????? Shit, I should have stuck around.
yea...i saw a different trailer then that
I've read that the game is filled with poor camera control. And that the graphics arent that great. Is that true? I too didnt see the trailer for Revolutions before the movie. Legally Blond 2- Fast Furious 2-Some Tom Cruise movie.
Quote:yea...i saw a different trailer then that

I just checked, I forgot that's the trailer they show after you complete the video game, the one in theatres is different.

Quote:Is it a PS2 game?
Yup, it's out for all systems

Quote:I've read that the game is filled with poor camera control.

Well I would like to be able to control the camera but it's never become a hassle or problem

Quote:And that the graphics arent that great.

Not true, it looks great on all systems

Quote:I too didnt see the trailer for Revolutions before the movie.

It's after the credits, showing it before the movie would be kindof pointless.
I was in Boston last night and saw a line that was at least 100 people long going outside the largest movie theatre in Boston.

They were seating 30 minutes prior to any Matrix showing and the line was still that long.

Just fn wait people.
