It's Dark and Hell is Hot is ten times better than And then there was X
what Gomez said, it's dark and hell is hot is a fuckin classic.
1-the only reason Eminem got involved with the Jarule beef was because Ja mentions him on loose change.
2- 50 is better than both Nas and Eminem.
3-Ja is a little punk bitch who got blown out by DMX and then 50 and then Eminem and lets include Lloyd Banks and G-unit also.
I met Nas when I worked at Pathmark 6 years ago. He checked out at my register. I had no idea who he was .. when people started asking for autographs I thought it was Stephon Marbury.
Quote:2- 50 is better than both Nas and Eminem.

Whoa Whoa Whoa Whoa Whoa Whoa Whoa

I would not put 50 ahead of either of the two. I'm a huge 50 fan but he's had nowhere near the success of the other two, and every track he's done that features Eminem always has Eminem outshining him.
In my opinion 50 is has been way more sucessful than Nas. And 50 is considered a new artist. Which he really isn't. All the hype prior to his record was because of being signed by eminem. Being one of the first artists signed to shady records got him alot of attention. But now he's running on pure talent. every song on get rich or die tryin is hot. I cant say the same about Eminem or Nas right now.

Oh and Illmatic to Stillmatic your still a faggit!
im getting wigger douche chills now

So you think sales outweigh having an album everybody would put in their top 5?

I don't know one person who would put Get Rich or Die trying in theirs, I certainly wouldn't

Quote:But now he's running on pure talent

The big, huge promotion surrounding him has nothing to do with that?

Having collaborations with an established artist like Snoop has nothing to do with that?

Give it a year, or two, or three, or four, then when he's still around he's running on talent, having a big career that has spanned 6 months is not running on pure talent.

Quote:every song on get rich or die tryin is hot. I cant say the same about Eminem or Nas right now.

That makes no sense. What kind of comparison is that, neither Nas nor Eminem have released an album this year, so how could they be hot on every song?

If you sat down hip hop fans and had them listen to 50's songs featuring Eminem, Em would be picked as the better of the two every single time.
Quote:So you think sales outweigh having an album everybody would put in their top 5?
I wasn't just talking about sales. 50 is about to drop a clothing line, eventually a book deal and movies in the near future. And no i wouldn't put ANY of Nas or 50 albums on my top 5.
You would'nt put Illmatic in your top 5?

And so what if he is about to drop a clothing line?

EVERYBODY has a clothing line

And what does that have to do with being more successful than Nas or Eminem? Eminem has a clothing line, Eminem had a hit movie. Nas has done movies, he's probablly been approached to do a clothing line as well, that's nothing special anymore, and certainly not a measure of success.

Top 10 yes but 5 noway
And sucess can be judged differently by different people. Having one of the largest selling records of the year makes you a very big sucess. Alot more so than Nas.
Then I'd sure be curious to know what your top 5 is

I bet Rakim would'nt even rank with you

I still don't think anyone would agree with you that 50 is better than both Eminem and Nas

Especially since he owes much of his success to one of those two.
1. Tupac - Me Against The World

2. Jay-Z- Reasonable Doubt

3. Snoop Dogg- Doggystyle

4. Notorius B.I.G.- Ready to Die

5. Outkast- ATLiens

This is off the top of my head.
ewwwww
jay-z?

Quote:And so what if he is about to drop a clothing line?
drop? i'd like to hear you speak like this in person....
jay z shouldn't be on anyone's top anything list

his bar is nice though
It's his opinion, bad or not it's his.

and the jay-z of late is garbage but you can not forget when he first dropped how hot he was as a lyricist and rapper, especially reasonable doubt, life and times vol.1, hard knock life vol.2 and blueprint.

Though I wouldn't pick me against the world over all eyez on me or even the seven day theory.
stop saying dropped! you're all white
so what, elvis used to drop albums as well, it's an industry term and not a ghetto term. get off the whole wigger bullshit, it's not like we're all Gomez and shit.
