Yeah, there is only one instance when he says "check out the big brain on brett"
In the replay later on during the bonnie situation, the scene picks up just before they shoot brett.
He refers to him as brett several times in the scene and it's just the pronounciation that confuses people, he says brett.
A lot of people have the same problem with al pacinos "Say hello to my little friend" line in scarface. He says it so fast and muddled you can barelly make out what he is saying.
