Beef is utterly disgusting to me, unless its flavor is masked by a shitload of seasoning, IE taco meat. I loathe hambugers. Chicken and seafood, that's the meat for me. Oh, and bacon.
I like a nice steak, cooked medium rare or medium, with a nice amount of blood - that's where the flavor is.
