CDIH - sound from flash player

does anyone know how to copy music from those online flash players? or know of a program that can record any sound going through your sound card

I think that you'll have to use a patch cable to connect the line out from your sound card to the line in. <s>That is unless there's software for your particular sound card that allows you to record what you hear. </s>http://www.supermp3recorder.com/index.htm Apparently this software will work with any "full duplex" soud card. There's a free trial download on the site.

My sound card, SoundBlaster Audigy2, came with the software and I didn't have to do anything special except choose "what you hear" as the input for recording.

wasnt there some app that recorded what came out of your real player? would this work as well? the idea was that it pretty much recorded whatever your pc was currently playing. i think it was called streambox or something. sblueman might know.

that is only for converting real audio to mp3. the program you want is called TotalRecorder... that will record any sound that comes out of your PC. you can find it here:

or if you know anything about flash, you can download the .swf, get a program that rips all the grafix and sounds out of it and then ull have the original mp3 file the author embedded in the flash movie to begin with.
