theres a dude on the ferry who sits in a wheelchair spewing all kinds of scripture and making future prohecies about Jesus' return. I don't think he's homeless 'cause he's usually clean looking and dressed, but he reminds me of a low-budget cross of Jesse Jackson & Al Sharpton.
He alone is worth the trip down to the Helmsely building. He's right near JP Morgan, like 47th and Park
in boston the homeless people are awful and not very creative.
