I was going to start a thread about that. The old guy was called Max Kellerman. He's got his own new show debuting on FSN soon. I have no idea what happened, Stat Boy filled in for him a few times and then suddenly, Max never came back.

Between contracts
Max Kellerman, off the air as Around the Horn host and boxing analyst since his ESPN contract expired last week, might wind up at Fox Sports Net. "We've admired Max's work for some time," Fox senior vice president Lou D'Ermilio said. ESPN has a right to match another offer for Kellerman.

USA TODAY reported that Max Kellerman, the host of "Around the Screaming Horn," had parted ways with ESPN. Kellerman, who reportedly sought an increase to about $850,000 annually to embarrass himself five times a week, might now wind up at Fox Sports Net. I presume parking cars.
There's no way ESPN would match anything near that 850 mark. I don't even think that loudmouth Stuart Scott makes that much (that's why he has to resort to doing those 'boo-yah' commericals). Maybe Kellerman can end up doing some boxing commentary on HBO, since George Foreman quit his post and started training again for a money fight against a fake champion.
Kellerman is fucking awesome.
If I had my own sports network. It would be Kellerman, Bill Simmons, and Sean McDonough all day every day.

and bill walton and mike breen together, because you can tell breen really gets annoyed by the stupid things walton says. i love that
Walton sucks. Kornheiser is kind of annoying.
Barkley is OK, but only with the entire TNT crew. So they can do basketball.

walton being so bad is what makes him so great. especially put with someone like breen who you can tell gets really annoyed by it. other guys like mike tirico just laugh it off, but breen will just sit there and counter with a serious comment trying to belittle him. its awesome
you know when breen sees that he's scheduled to work with him he probably gets all pissed
