i am very saddened by this news. i really liked him.

He died of lung cancer, he was 73 and one of the few people who made being a jew a cool thing.

i have no idea who he is, but the article i saw said he was 76

it didnt seem so old, he was full of vitality. the last time i saw him in person, he was introducing Jon Stewart at Carnegie Hall, which i'm sure was a huge honor for Jon.

In addition to being one of the greatest stand up comedians of all time, He was great in Night and The City, one of Deniro's forgotten movies and in Pacino's Author! Author!

That sucks. His work in The Brave Little Toaster Goes to Mars will not be forgotten
