- Galt - 11-02-2004 I want to read some sites of violently political people after the election to see them whine and complain. So if Bush wins, I want to read michaelmoore.com and listen to Stern if Kerry wins, I want to read Rushlimbaugh.com, the Hannity/Colmbs forums etc. Where are some really partisan sites I can read articles where people of either party will act like the world is over because thier candidate lost? - Keyser Soze - 11-02-2004 democraticunderground.com - diceisgod - 11-02-2004 refresh - GonzoStyle - 11-02-2004 cdih.net - Sir O - 11-02-2004 freerepublic.com freeconservatives.com christianforums.com It's gonna be hilarious... - Galt - 11-02-2004 Kerry Wins. Wall Street is selling like madmen based on the initial exit polls that are coming out. Looks like Kerry is ahead in Florida, Ohio, Penn, pretty much all the swing states. This could be a landslide. - GonzoStyle - 11-02-2004 I hope Bush wins cause I don't think Kerry will be much for comedic material. - Arpikarhu - 11-02-2004 i told you. the polls were off cause they only talk to previous voters. the amount of new voters is gonna make this a kerry kind of night. - Galt - 11-02-2004 If Bush wins, by no matter how much, it will be generally assumed that he stole the election. It's great. - Mad - 11-02-2004 How long do I have to wait for the full blown riots and a general state of civil unrest? - GonzoStyle - 11-02-2004 Until your paranoia completely takes over. - Mad - 11-02-2004 Next week, noonish. - Gooch - 11-02-2004 http://www.alternet.org Zogby Predicts Kerry Landslide John Zogby is now predicting that John Kerry will sweep the election with 311 to 213 electoral votes. The only states he see as too close to call are Nevada and Colorado. And yet as Salon points out, "Zogby's final-final poll has Bush winning the popular vote, but just barely, 49.4 to 49.1 percent, and not really, when you consider the margin of error, +/- 3.2 percent." - Sir O - 11-02-2004 Freerepublic is already getting good...one guy was ranting about how Drudge is a shill for Moveon.org because he posted early polling numbers that had Kerry ahead in the big swing states. They're like frightened animals over there, it should get really good as the results start coming in. Tradesports is now predicting a strong Kerry victory after favoring Bush for the entire race. Ditto the Iowa markets. - GonzoStyle - 11-03-2004 an interesting turn of events. - GonzoStyle - 11-03-2004 Sir O wasn't lying, from freerupublic Quote:Posted on 11/02/2004 4:07:04 PM PST by calvin sun - GonzoStyle - 11-03-2004 Quote:To: pacman50; dubie - Gooch - 11-03-2004 stop the vote... it's over... Planets Have Made Up Their Mind: Kerry Wins http://www.infoaboutnetwork.com/view/news/597/ Surveys in the United States may be showing the race for president as too close to call but top Indian astrologers say the planets have clearly made up their mind: John Kerry (news - web sites) will win. Planets governing President Bush (news - web sites) are eclipsed and in an uncomfortable position, making his tenure controversial and his re-election bid unsuccessful, the soothsayers said on Friday, four days before the vote. On the other hand, the planets of Democratic challenger Senator John Kerry were in the ascendant, ensuring him success in competitions. "Saturn, which is the lord of health and fortune for President Bush, has been eclipsed by the Sun, which is unfortunate and gives him a clear defeat," Lachhman Das Madan, editor of a popular astrology magazine, told Reuters. "Kerry will win," said Madan, who is also known as "the emperor of astrologers." "It is cosmic writ that George W. Bush cannot become president of United States again." Ajai Bhambi, a senior astrologer and author of several books on the science of predictions, agreed. "Kerry is likely to beat Bush in the final verdict," he told the New Indian Express newspaper. Bejan Daruwalla, another top astrologer, told Reuters he had yet to calculate who would win Tuesday's election. But Bush, even if he won, would not be allowed by his planets to complete a full term, he said. Astrology is extremely popular in India and many top politicians, businessmen and movie stars consult astrologers before taking important decisions. Tuesday's vote is forecast to be one of the closest in American history. A Reuters/Zogby poll showed on Thursday that Bush was leading Kerry by 48 to 46 percent but the lead was well within the poll's margin of error - Galt - 11-03-2004 How on earth could Kerry win the electoral vote and Bush win the popular vote? Kerry is going to win big in California, New York, and Illinois. And if Bush barely wins in Florida, Ohio, Michigan, etc, the electoral votes will be even, but Kerry will be way ahead in popular vote. And I'm really having difficulty deciding who I want to be more upset. The God nuts when Bush loses, or asshole moveon.org, Franken/Moore jackasses when the dumbest man alive bests them. - Mad - 11-03-2004 Vote for me, I'll set you free. |
