cruises do suck for the same reasons galt mentioned. the best part of it is the ports and you only get to stay for less than a day before they're chasing you back on the ship. id rather spend a couple days on an island or go to some exotic city i havent been to yet.

i've been on 2 cruises to bermuda and those are fun. you stay in port for like 4 days. the second one i went on we went to different ports, but it didn't matter cause we just took a cab to the same beaches. i couldn't imagine going on a cruise where you jump from port to port and you only get one day in each area to do something. doesn't seem fun at all

so far my favorite touristy type vacation was island hopping in greece for about a month. i recommend it to everyone.

the times i've gone there to visit joobies we didn't really do anything. we would just sleep late then go to a mall or shopping center or something, if we even went out. exciting stuff.

oh to answer galts question i am flying down to Savannah GA to visit my GF's family, but i will be taking a trip to Italy later in the year... taking a crash coarse in Italian now. so if anyone knows the language help a nigga out.
