Well lets see..
All 10 fingers, some more then once.
Left leg in 3 places
Nose 2 times
Jaw once
4 Ribs.

I've only broken my collar bone when I was really little (I fell funny when my dogs knocked me over while playing)
besides broken bones, I'm a fucking klutz, more bruises, black and blues, cuts and scars and jammed toes than I care to count...I've badly sprained both ankles numerous occasions (stepping in a hole at a festival while in Atlanta, my foot falling and getting dragged underneath the tires of a quad while riding with someone, just walking down stairs and having my ankle give out)...good thing I have a high tolerance for pain because I'm a total mess

i've broken toes, for some reason falling objects are attracted to my feet, also twisted my knee once. and, yes, when the weather changes i get little aches sometimes, but nothing major

I only broke one of my fingers, but it was damn paiful. I went ice skating and was sitting on the floor tying my skates, put my hands on the floor to push myself up and someone stepped on my fingers with an ice skate on.

here goes:
broken left wrist - rollerblading trick gone bad
broken right wrist - punching hole in wall
broken right ankle - slipping on ice in driveway when i was 10.
numerous fingers from sports
ive also gotten stitches in my chin from a bike accident when i was 8, my forehead from..........i really dont remember.
and i have a huge scar on my shin from blading also.
