The only sound that really annoys me is dripping water, esp. from a leaky faucet.
The squeals of crabs when you boil them is also somewhat disturbing, but once you sit down to a home-cooked meal of crab legs, you get over it.

The slurpping noise some people make when they eat soup or cereal, or any foods of that sort. Urgh, actually any noise made at all when eating irritates me. Just close your fucking mouth when you eat, it's really not that hard.
