This dude is amazing, he's already opening his mouth and talking about how he should be promoted already. He actually said that they didn't hire just anyone they hired a "diamond" and that he's gonna make this company rich, as if they aren't already. He's talking about how he can do the shit that the actual brokers and officers do, yet he's done nothing on the customer service end and didn't know what points were or what an A.R.M is.. so he's one of those me am smart people who are really clueless to their short comings, like splatt... SNAP!
