No. This is "Mrs. New York"; not "Miss New York". I am friends with her and her husband, and therefore this "blow job" and "squirting" stuff is a little offensive and I don't like it one bit. She's representing this entire state (well the married people anyway), and you should show her proper respect.
Her talent was singing a song that she wrote. It's catchy, though a bit bubblegummy, and she really doesn't have a very good voice.
