Smalls rocks. You can pay $5 and hang out there all night. We used to go in there and chill after nights of hard drinking. And they don't mind if you take a nap!

I'd recommend a better jazz club than that though if you're into that sort of thing.

Birdland - Wednesday-Saturday, December 11-14 - Charlie Parker Festival
Smalls - Loser's Lounge Tribute to Simon & Garfunkel
Doors open at 8:00; Cover is $18.
The Loser's Lounge returns home to Fez with their cheeky-yet-respectful tribute to the great Simon & Garfunkel. The Kustard Kings, led by the originalLoser, Joe McGinty, trip through the careers of legendary songwriters and bands with interpretations by dozens of hip downtown singers.

Also...check out the new Planetarium at The Museum of Natural History. Is she into art? Take her to the guggenheim or the MET.

and the handsome cab ride is pure dripping romance. take it through central park. and if it's snowing....you're in that shit man!

She's not so much a music fan. Just more restaurant stuff. Some good ideas here. I especially like the Sotheby's idea. I appreciate it folks.

Teaser: there is a possibility I will be moving down to The City.

However, I am not THE Galt, just A Galt.

espnzone is really cool. has virtual reality games. you can shoot 3 pointers in a makeshift basketball court against the clock or shoot slap shots in a hockey rink with a goalie. You can drive in a virtual reality race car or try rock climbing on the wall. Tv's in the bathroom stalls too.

-You can try getting reservations for carmines in times square. Amazing italian food.

-around 3pm or whenever it shoots in the afternoon you can stand outside mtv and be a part of trl and see celbrieities in the window.

-go to radio city music hall and see the christmas show and the rockettes.

-walk along 5th avenue and see all the christmas displays in the store windows.

-go to madame tussaud's and see the wax museum.

-go to madison square garden and get tickets from a scalper for either a knicks or rangers game. can probably get them for face value or at least close to it.
