I agree and we could do it as long as it was some place easily accessible by train and car for everyone but alas. I agree that a hotel room is the last place I wanna do the 18th party but I am open to suggestions, I aint got none.

As for Ladi's question about why we need a table, yes hotel rooms have tables but how are we gonna fit a dozen or more people around a desk built for 2? This is why you aren't in charge of the plans.
