The taste of cheese is too rich; too overpowering. The only edible cheese is mozarella. And even that cheese pollutes whatever it touches. Therefore, pizza is good (with small amounts of cheese)
But if I'm going to get a steak sub, it's better without cheese becuase I'd rather taste the steak and pepers and onions and not the cheese which is all I'll be able to taste if I put cheese on it.
Final verdict: Cheese is gross.
However, if I was forced to put one on my food, it would be cheese before mayo. Mayo has no redeeming qualities. I even eat my tunafish dry.

cheddar cheese isn't good, neither is pepperjack or provolone. I think i onyl really like mozzarella, swiss and sometimes a tiny bit of feta ina greek salad.
