I used to actually enjoy fried spam as a kid. I couldnt imagine it now.
It would be some corn flakes with either powdered or condensed milk (lightened with water) for breakfast, a grilled cheese with a big ass slice of that lovely block of orange cheese for lunch, and a fried spam sammich for dinner. Ah, those were the days.

I loved that fucking cheese man. I dont give a fuck what anyone says, that 15 inch long block of cheese, in the brown cardboard box was the shit. The only bitch was standing on the big ass nice to cut a slice of it. It was never even, and always about a 1/2 inch thick, but it made banging grilled cheese.
And for the record, grilled cheese in my house was putting the bread in the toaster and putting the cheese on as soon as it popped and hoping it was still warm enough to melt the cheese.

No, as long as you dont hold the iron in one place too long. We used that method as well. We also used to use the stove top.

When I was cooking in jail, the only kind of meat we had was turkey based meats. Turkey-ham, Turkey Scrapple, etc. The Muslims do not eat Pork, so none of us could have it. Anyway, when we would get done cooking the meal for the jail we would make our own breakfast, and we had Fried Bologna everyday. One of the Chefs brought it in for personal use type shit.
