absolut is really not much better than your average well vodka. stoli usually costs the same and will give you much less of a hangover. the most common favourites are ketel 1 and grey goose, but most people like one and not the other. as far as tequila goes, i like patron, sauza tres generaciones or however you spell it is pretty smooth. and i hear cabo wabo's good but i've never had it myself.

Patron & Cabo are both very good, I think I had Sauza but if I did I don't remember if it was good or not.
