You have been hand selected for a very special mission. For the first time, we're beta testing a title exclusively for the PSP™ (PlayStation®Portable) system — SOCOM: U.S. Navy SEALs Fireteam Bravo. We'd like you to apply to be one of our beta testers. Space is limited, so register today, using only your PSP browser. (You will not be able to register for this beta test any other way.)
Just follow these simple steps:
1) Upgrade your PSP Firmware to 2.0*
2) From your PSP Internet browser go to <!-- m --><a class="postlink" href="http://pspbeta.us.playstation.com">http://pspbeta.us.playstation.com</a><!-- m -->. (We will only accept registrations that are completed on the PSP browser.)
3) Follow the onscreen instructions to complete your registration
You will not receive a confirmation email. We will not send out acceptance notifications until all applications are processed.
Please note that this beta is ONLY playable online on your PSP system via a wireless Internet connection. No offline version is available.

Im doing the beta for Socom 3, and connecting to servers is a real fucking cunt - I've played a total of 20 minutes (and thus far I'm not impressed).

Even with the quick login feature? What time are you playing, because I've never seen more then 200 people on.

I was on this past sunday, around 6 o'clock. I managed to connect fine for a change, but earlier during the week it was ridiculous, i couldnt connect at all so I gave up.

i got selected to beta test fireteam bravo on the PSP....should be fun to play. as for the S3 beta i'm not too fond of it, i was hooked on the S2 beta because we had a choice of 6 maps. S3 beta gets repetetive and boring.
