Sound advice - Bloody Anus - 05-23-2007

If anyone is actually dumb enough to still have money in online gambling sites, put all of it on Anaheim over Ottawa. Another Canadian city loses the Stanley Cup to yet another city full of extremely knowledgeable hockey fans well deserving of a championship team and well deserving of hosting the Stanley Cup. Cities like Tampa Bay, Carolina and Anaheim. Beating teams from Calgary, Edmonton, and Ottawa. I don’t pay too much attention to hockey, but this is really starting to annoy me. These "fans" don't know Conn Smythe from Connie Chung. No professional hockey teams should be allowed to exist south of St. Louis and west of the Dakotas (unless of course they’re far enough north.)

And yes, hockey is back. They were on strike 2 years ago. They’re no longer on strike. Okay. I get it.

Hockey is easily my most favorite sport to play, but it is so God-damned boring to watch. Not as bad as soccer, but christ. it's just not a sport that translates well to either TV, or watching from the stands.

The only way to know what's happening on the ice is to be on the ice.

I agree, Ottawa can't handle Ducks physical play. Emery holds their shot...but i expect Ducks to prevail.

Giguere is standing on his head. The Sens haven't played a physical team during the playoffs. Now, they are paying for it.
