Gooch got his DVD and send one person to the cell, but has not yet chosen who to send to the cell. He is free to do so at any time and take as long as he wants.
Sleeper got his 5 statuses and he too can choose to use them when he wants. Has he used any yet? Think I'll let you look around and try to figure it out lazy.
