Edit: Wait a second, I just remembered I don't trust any "percentage" information from the gov't, gov't agencies or anyone else. They lie to try to fix things they can't control. I remember being told just last year that one in three high schoolers have HIV. Yeah, then six people in that class alone have it and when my family gets together, at least three of us have it. Party.
