Not if youre into defensive battles.
Besides, you had two teams using third string QBs, what do you expect?
If the Bucs dont make it, it will be the Eagles but Im sticking with my original pick.

it was still, very boring

Jets 31 Eagles 17

That's a Hell of a super bowl prediction.

Fucking packers played like they didn't even care. Great job by the Jets though. They kept the hammer down the whole game.

   @ dgw's superbowl score prediction

Brady had 6 also. But you knew that.

  That's funny. I didn't know that overrated one year wonder had 6.

- HollywoodJewMoses - 12-30-2002

id rather have brady as a qb for my favorite team, then 3/4 of the QB's in the league

Quote:id rather have brady as a qb for my favorite team,

Isn't Mcnabb your QB on your favorite team? I think Mcnabb is a Hell of a lot better than Brady.

QB's I rank ahead of Brady (for this year):
1)Gannon
2)McNair
3)Pennington
4)Mcnabb
5)Vick
6)Garcia
7)Favre
8)Collins (Don't laugh, I'm serious)
9)Bledsoe (When he plays any other team but New England)

Please explain other than the fact he's playing next week and brady is not.

- AdolescentMasturbator - 12-30-2002

For the AFC I'm putting my bet on the Titans, though the Jets and Raiders are dangerous. The Jets are hot but not as hot as the Titans. And the Titans seem to see Eddie George getting somewhat better(mind you not 3 years ago good)

NFC, it all depends on whether Mcnabb comes back. If he isn't healthy for the first game and he faces say the Packers or Giants(only teams I think can beat them at the Vet) then they might drop out.

My explanation was I was stating QB's who I think are better than Tom "1 year wonder" Brady. I like the Giants as I am hoping for a Ginat vs jet Super Bowl.

- JerseyThunder - 12-31-2002

If that should happen, the super bowl should be held in Giants stadium.

As far as collins vs brady goes:

1. Brady has won a super bowl
2. Brady has never set the record for most fumbles in a season
3. When brady throws a deep pass you don't almost have a heart attack thinking it's gonna get picked off.

That said I would put Bledsoe above Collins.

:-D

Quote:1. Brady has won a super bowl
So did Hostetler and trent Dilfer.

Nope just incomplete or a fake pass interference call.

Quote:The Jets are hot but not as hot as the Titans.
So 32-7 against the Patriots and 42-10 against Green bay is not hotter than 10-3 against the Houston Texans.

- fbd - 12-31-2002

Quote:10-3 against the Houston Texans
and its not like huston has a pro bowl corner and managed to win a game with only 46 yards by scoring 3 times on defense or anything

Quote:So did Hostetler and trent Dilfer

Two more QB's I would rank above Collins.

- AdolescentMasturbator - 12-31-2002

Pats are overrated, and the Titans and Packers were not giving it all in those two games.

Jets have been on a 8-3 streak the last 11 games compared to the Titans 10-1. And besides the Titans also destroyed the Pats and using the Houston example is bad because the Titans weren't fighting for their playoff lives like the Jets, who just happened to lose to the fucking Bears a few weeks ago.

All you bastards are in trouble when McNabb suits up for the playoffs

- LyricalGomez - 12-31-2002

If McNabb plays Eagles go all the way and win
