all week the analysts were saying the jets aren't that bad off, Vinnie still has a gun and can still fire a ball with the best of them. So thursday night i saw vinnie on numerous 3rd and long situations rocket the ball for a 2 or 3 yard pass. not only was it shitty passing, but shitty play selection, when its 3rd and 10 don't go for the 2 yard dumpoff.

Don't blame Vinny most of the blame goes to Paul Hackett. If Vinny can't throw long, the defense waits for the short pass or the run. If they wait for the run, Curtis Martin cannot run the ball and you are fucked. Loosen up the offense. Let Vinny play his game. In case Hackett did not realize Vinny is a different QB from Chad. Change the fucking system douchebag.

The Jets will easily have a top 5 pick in next year's draft.
Six conference games against what are probably three of the top 10 teams in the league. I would be surprised if they win one of them. Add in: Philly, Oakland, Tennesee, Pittsburgh, Indy, Giants.
There are only like three games that the Jets might be favored in: Houston, Dallas, and Jacksonville. And I'd probably pick the Jets to lose all three.
