are you trying to upload a picture? if you type something in the quick reply box and hit preview, all the options for uploading a picture comes up.
for a youtube video you don't have to upload anything, you just link to it like you did

right click on the picture and go to properties and copy the link that comes up.
or if you're using firefox just right click on the picture and go to "copy image location"
in this case the picture is
