only blue and white. its all a true yankee fan wears. i wouldnt expect you to know that.

- GonzoStyle - 02-16-2004

sleeper understands me.

- Arpikarhu - 02-16-2004

well at least you have that.

- GonzoStyle - 02-16-2004

and that is all I need, sleeper knows sports.

- The Sleeper - 02-16-2004

i bet arpi didn't even read my post :-(

- Arpikarhu - 02-16-2004

i admit it, i didnt read it.

- The Sleeper - 02-16-2004

you should, it was worthy of Mike Lupica

- GonzoStyle - 02-16-2004

He won't since you and I share sentiments, it will you and me Vs. arpi and hedcold once he shows up.

- Arpikarhu - 02-16-2004

not anybody versus anybody. i said my peace and i won cause i actually took the time to look up the stats instead of making them up

- The Sleeper - 02-16-2004

my argument had nothing to do with stats

- GonzoStyle - 02-16-2004

quiet sleeper, arpi declared his victory and is busy making dinner now.

- The Sleeper - 02-16-2004

I thought he lied about being a yankee fan anyway

- GonzoStyle - 02-16-2004

He won, what more is there to say?

His opinion is better than ours, he wins.

- HedCold - 02-16-2004

why would i be on arpis side for this? i think its stupid, yankee fans will never have that excitement fans like the angels and marlins had the last 2 yrs if they keep getting players like this

- HedCold - 02-16-2004

and arpi, there is (or at least was) a clause saying he had to be the highest paid player

Quote:There is also a clause in the final two years that guarantees Rodriguez will be the highest-paid player in the game. He also gets a $10 million signing bonus that is to be paid out in one-year, $1 million installments.

well maybe arpi's new buddy gooch will side with him...

Soriano was my favorite Yankee. I understan that A-Rod is a better deal but I think that it was unecessary. The yanks would have done better to get a decent third and some better pitchers. I really can't the way Georgie runs that front office and I really think that baseball looks even worse now. My hope is we get Soriano when his contract is up in 06.

- GonzoStyle - 02-16-2004

This is the steinbrenner of the 80's again, he has his hand in the bowl too much again.

- GonzoStyle - 02-16-2004
