Now is the time for you to cheer on the Knicks, because you don't want to look like a wagonjumper in the middle of the NBA playoffs. At worst, Knicks will get the 7th seed in the East, which means the Nets. At best, they get the 5th.
40-42 is the magic standing. In 1981, Houston went to the Finals with that record.
The Knicks have shown a lot of growth over the season. Now is the playoffs, and playoffs, in NYC, this is when they kick it into gear.
