- The Jays - 10-22-2004

Won't it be the first time that the first lady is wealthier than the president?

- Keyser Soze - 10-22-2004

lots of firsts seem to be occuring this year.

- Mad - 10-22-2004

Infidel!

- Hoon - 10-22-2004

If Kerry gets electd, Ted Kennedy will be named the Secretary Of Defense.
Then Cuba will be allowed to invade us.
Is that what you want?

- The Jays - 10-22-2004

And then we'll all become socialists!

I consider myself a socialite.

- Hoon - 10-27-2004

I don't know what would be worse.
Kerry winning the election.
Or Kerry losing the election and Hillary running in 2008.

::shudders::

- Galt - 10-27-2004

she'd never get elected in a million years.

- Hoon - 10-27-2004

You have no idea how good that makes me feel to hear someone say that.
Unfortunatley, I don't have that much faith against the growing radical left wing these days.

- GonzoStyle - 10-27-2004

I don't get how people think Hillary would ever stand a chance of getting elected.

- Hoon - 10-27-2004

Well John Kerry is neck and neck with Bush.
That's an indicator.

- GonzoStyle - 10-27-2004

Hillary has as much of a chance as al sharpton.

- Hoon - 10-27-2004

It sickens me to know MLK was shot and Sharpton was left alive.

- GonzoStyle - 10-27-2004

People took MLK seriously.

The fact that Bush is even in the race is amazing to me, SNL nailed it on the head this past week during the Bush & Tony Blair sketch.

When they had Blair explain that he wasn't popular in his country for the exact same reasons Bush was popular in his, for falsely leading the public in so many ways and no apologizing or admiting any wrong doing.

- Hoon - 10-27-2004

I don't understand the whole "misleading" thing.

Every nation on earth with any intel at all thought Saddam had weaponry. Even France, Germany and Russia, the big three that vetoed the war in the UN.
The only reason they vetoed the war was because they were making billions off Saddam at the expense of the starving Iraqi people in the Food for Oil Program.

- GonzoStyle - 10-27-2004

Let's not act like we never had any interests in iraq and saddam. The point isn't to me even the fact that they led us into a war we didn't need, they won't even admit they made any mistakes. They just start in with the whole liberation angle, that the people of iraq are now better off and having elections, etc etc. That was not the intent of the war, liberation was never even mentioned before the war started. Blatently stating saddam had links to 9/11 and then saying they never said that. To this day over 50% of americans still think saddam was involved in 9/11. Thats just scraping the surface.

- Hoon - 10-27-2004

Gonzo,

No one in the Bush administration said Saddam had links to 9/11. Not once. They said he had links to terrorism.
If people believe they did say that, then they don't pay attention and shouldn't vote.

Hey, I'm a Bush man bit if there is someone out there voting for Bush because they think Saddam was behind 9/11, then I don't want to be identified with them because they're retarded.

Keyser make with the quotes.

- GonzoStyle - 10-27-2004

Bush supporters are as fanatic as their leader and just like their leader can never admit to him being able to do any wrong.

So bush didn't go out of his way to say "al-queada" "bin laden" or "9/11" everytime saddam or iraq was mentioned?

He may never have outright said "Saddam was responsible for 9/11" but he damn sure said everything close to it without completely implicating himself, cause just like the threat of saddam hitting us with wmd's, and the stockpiles of nukulur weapons just pointed at us, it was all bullshit. Just as the oil was gonna pay for the war and the war wasn't gonna cost us much money and the oil would pay for the rebuilding, etc etc.
