I have these for breakfast every day. They are like heaven.

It's basically like eating a snickers bar for breakfast except it has better consistency, tastes better, and is much healthier.

30 GRAMS OF PROTEIN!!!!! 30 GRAMS!!!!!!!

Now, sure, it's got 10 grams of fat and 22 net carbs which could be a bit much for people who are Atkins or anti-fat freaks.

But as a meal replacement 10 grams of fat isn't bad at all. More importantly, they taste incredible.

I swear to God!

If you don't eat breakfast, it's really bad for you. You have to eat some thing. It's actually better to eat bacon and eggs than nothing for breakfast.

If you eat crap like a bagel and chesse, or muffin or other such empty carbs, you'll be much more filled with one of these bars (they are very filling), and 30 grams of protein is really good for you.

I can't possibly recommend this enough. It actually tastes good. Most protein bars taste like concentrated dust. These actually taste good. I promise promise promise.

There's another one called a U-Turn bar that kind of tastes like a Milky Way. Pretty good too. I'd also recommend, but Detour is the best.

I'm telling you. Detour bars. I don't know what the hell Buttmunch is talking about.

Detour bars.

- Mad - 11-04-2004

Don't they have any of those bars without fucking chocolate?

- Buttmunch - 11-04-2004

"Here's Next Proteins' line of "health" bars.

- HollywoodJewMoses - 11-04-2004

do you have stock in this company?

- Galt - 11-04-2004

I think Buttmunch is echoing my statements but he's communicated it in a very confusing manner. So I'm not sure.

The ones I have in my desk right now:
chocolate covered caramel, peanut, & nugat type thing
white chocolate covered peanut butter and caramel
smores (chocolate covered w/ marshmallow and chocolate type filling)
dark chocolate covered peanut butter and caramel

- HollywoodJewMoses - 11-04-2004

answer my question please

- IrishAlkey - 11-04-2004

I don't eat breakfast.

- Galt - 11-04-2004

I don't work for the company, no. I just love the stuff.

yes, please give me tips on eating habbits.

- Goatweed - 11-04-2004

I dont usually eat breakfast either, but I've gotten in the habit of downing a glass of OJ before I leave for work.

- IrishAlkey - 11-04-2004

That was funny.

- Galt - 11-04-2004

OJ isn't breakfast. you need protein for your belly. You need to stoke the fires in your belly so your metabolism speeds up. It's all about 5-6 small meals during the day rather than one or two big meals so you gorge yourself because your body is starved for food, then your body just stores it all as fat rather than burning it quickly off.
