Ie6 crashing in cdih
#1
Is anyone else suffering from sudden IE6 crashes while in this forum? I think the problem component may be mshtml.dll; I have ver 6.0.2716.2200 installed on my PC.

I'm running Windows 2000 SP2 with IE 6.0.26.

It is an error with the Ikonboard 3.02 message board code. It is a known problem and has been resolved in Ikonboard 3.1. I spoke to Sean about 3.1 in AIM but he made a good point that with all the hacks and updates he has done, he would basically have to start clean to upgrade. It may be an annoyance but it is far better than losing everything to fix.

Thanks. Just knowing what's causing it will make it more tolerable.

It means nothing. I don't even know why I keep using it. Someday I'll think of something better.

Hopefully someday I'll also think of a domain name to reserve.

wait, you mean with the billions of possible names to just pick randomly, you settle on piglet and that seemes like a good idea?
