Quote:money markets pay better interest than savings accounts.
not enough to make a difference right now

Quote:There's no need to have that much money in a savings account.

you know nothing about banking . you should stop, you are embarrasing yourself.
I love him. He's like those happy old people who become known for sitting by the side of a busy street and waving to passing cars. People drive by regularly and beep just to see him and get him to wave to them.

That's just like our Arpi... except he doesn't wave or anything. He just says mean things to you.

Say you're correct all you want K1d, don't make it so.

Money markets pay better rates than savings accounts. A third grader knows that half a point is a matter of hundreds of dollars a year if you have as much in a savings account as you pretend to have Mr. unemployed stagehand.

If, for instance, your health fails, and you need quick access to the funds and for some unknown reason the checks everyone can write against a money market fund aren't accepted, you can get access to the cash in a matter of 3 days.

The offhanded erroneous information you often give out is the main reason you'll never be voted mod.
