Well they want you to buy the knives, like Keyser said, but they do this group interview and he picked me out from the bunch. I was not about to spend 129 dollars on shitty knives. Its like working for amway
If the movie sucks, we can like make out if you like

I went to interview for the knife selling thing too when I was in High School. I had to go down to the city for this 2 day seminar. I forget the name of the company but I remember they sprung the fact we have to buy the knives that we'll be using for demonstrations, I got suspicious.
Actually I just showed up cause I read an ad in the paper but didnt know it was for selling knives. Then I spent an hour getting there and had nothing else to do so I stayed. Then the dude running the seminar opens some book that has no a blank cover and starts reading from it. He says that the training method used by "whatever the name of this knife company was" was the finest training method as voted by some fancy company I forget and blah blah blah.
