i was playing call of duty online today and one of the soldiers on my team was named sephiroth. i assumed it was our fat little ninja so i kept killing him even though we were on the same side. i eventually got booted from the server for this transgression.
I love him. He's like those happy old people who become known for sitting by the side of a busy street and waving to passing cars. People drive by regularly and beep just to see him and get him to wave to them.

That's just like our Arpi... except he doesn't wave or anything. He just says mean things to you.

i am not saying he invented the name, tool. how many people, computer literate would use it? Not so many that there isnt a chance that it was him. ergo, i was justified in fragging him relentlessly.

If I saw an Arpikarhu, I'd say defintely it was you. If I saw a Gonzostyle, I'd say it was probably Gonzo

If someone saw a Galt or Sephiroth, it's a very common name.

ahh, but that search isnt for people using the name as an alias on messageboards and call of duty. i am sure that would winnow the results quite a bit. and through that thinning process might we also assume that the resulting "hits" could only be our fat little friend. and if this person is a porky poster that we all know and love am i not justified and endlessly fragging him as i did today?

Call of Duty multiplayer was lacking IMO - the solo play is really where that game shines.
