HBK is a former champ.
RVD and Kane were both IC champs.
Christian and Test too.

How about as a surprise bring back the greatest IC champ of all time, the Honkytonk Man.

It's cool that they're bringin' back the belt, and I think it's even cooler that it'll be decided via a battle royal - those matches are always great, no matter how bad the PPV is.
