and dies, the "father" was sleeping and the mother is "not sure" where she was in the apartment at the time. The kid was 5 and fell 15 stories but the kicker was that the family is complaining that there weren't bars on the window... negroes complaining about not being behind more bars!!!

if thw baby falling story gets enough attention, you just might hear the great Josh Lyman mention it while he rambles on about how much he owns Washington DC and can own even more if he gets a national bars-for-blacks bill passed in Congress, but those fucking Republicans are always mucking up the works, so he's gonna have to fly in the deaf blond pollster to chart just how much the American people don't care about what the Republicans think about putting black people behind bars, and thus wins the day for President Bartlett again.

another example of people refusing to take personal responsibility for their lives. they didnt care enough to monitor their child or put in window guards and now blame others for not doing it for them. VOTE LIBERTARIAN!
I love him. He's like those happy old people who become known for sitting by the side of a busy street and waving to passing cars. People drive by regularly and beep just to see him and get him to wave to them.
That's just like our Arpi... except he doesn't wave or anything. He just says mean things to you.

I don't see how that would have prevented the kid from getting hurt falling out the window. If his dad caught the rope, the kid would have broken his neck.
