i tried to do that thing that vanilla ice does, where he holds his one foot in his hand, then jumps through it with his other foot. i did it twice, but fell down both times after landing because my knee was bent too much. its very hard.

the first time i saw system of a down was a few years back when they opened for limp bizket. i was there to see SOAD, i had no interest in the bizket. after system's set i left and went to a nudie bar :thumbs-up:

after watching that video, i now know that i made the right choice.

I used to be able to do it. Start by holding your toes and then work your way to your heel. Back in the day, there were guys who would jump into it and then jump right back out (do it in reverse). They are all dead.
