go to Download.com and download a free webserver. Apache is always good.

Go to Add/Remove programs in the control panel and install IIS.

I tried a free program last night, something off ZDNET that started with an X. Anyway, If I get Apache or something, will it work with a computer going through a network hub with a DSL modem?

um, no. you need a static ip address. like a router with a static ip with HTTP directing to your webserver.. i was going to do it also if i had enough money to buy a new computer but that got shot down wheni got my ps2

The Static/ Dynamic IP thing doesn't bother me. There are services for addressing a permanant address. I need to figure out how to get a link from the internet through the router to my computer.
