i get a 7% bonus every year. came out to around $6000 last year. best part is they give it to us 3 weeks before christmas, but not all of it, about 70% of it, then we get the other 30% in January. that way i can blow a bunch of the first installment on presents and still have a nice check waiting for me after christmas.
